Founded in 2019 by André Manella, Manella Productions was born out of a simple mission: to make it easy for anyone to find the perfect live music for their event.

André is a seasoned musician and songwriter who manages and performs in two original bands—the indie pop project Sonic Delusion and the folk trio Turkey The Bird. With over 2,000 shows under his belt across Aotearoa, Australia, Germany, and Switzerland, and a discography that includes nine albums and countless singles, André lives and breathes music.

Originally from Switzerland, André now calls Taranaki home. Deeply passionate about the local music scene, he has played a key role in creating performance opportunities for musicians and bands across the region—whether in bars, venues, or at community events.

André plays a key role in supporting original music in the Taranaki region through his involvement with the Taranaki Singer Songwriter Development Trust, where he's a driving force behind many local music events. 

Through Manella Productions, André continues to organise live music events, community gigs, and boutique festivals—always with a focus on connection, creativity, and the joy of live music.
